Contractor referrals
Infinity Sharing may receive a referral fee if a job closes after an introduction. When that relationship applies, it will be disclosed on the relevant contractor profile or near the introduction.
Payment processing
Each contractor remains the seller and is responsible for the scope, invoice, work, refunds, and customer service. When a neighbor pays through Infinity Sharing, the neighbor pays the approved invoice amount. Infinity Sharing deducts a 5% contractor-side fee for ACH payments or an 8% contractor-side fee for card payments. Stripe's processing costs also apply to the contractor's Stripe account.
Featured placements
A contractor may pay for featured placement in the future. Paid placement will be clearly labeled. A featured relationship does not guarantee an outcome and does not replace your own due diligence.
